The Brick Wall Buster Cards system and instructional booklet are also available as a PDF document that you download and print out. The printable document includes the instruction booklet and cards only (no box, sticky notes, washi tape, or pencil). Simply download, print, and prepare at home to be on your way toward breaking through genealogical research barriers. You can print as many copies as you wish; you are not limited to printing just one set of cards. Users who select the this option will need to independently gather self-adhesive notes, a writing instrument (pencil recommended), and gentle tape, such as painter’s tape or washi tape (optional if not using a wall).

Items included in the Brick Wall Buster Cards printable PDF will guide you step by step, at your own pace, through the process to discover answers. The system includes a PDF document of printable cards, used with self-adhesive notes, to work through your research, along with a printable instructional booklet. Each card is labeled according to its purpose. All you have to do is answer the question on each card.

Life Fact Cards: Create a timeline for your target ancestor. You will use this information with other groups of cards.
Research Planning Cards: Develop your research questions and to-do list. This will also point out areas where you need more work.
Writing Cards: Easily create an outline to eliminate writer’s block. Writing out your research is one of the best ways to defeat roadblocks.
Discovery Cards: Organize your thought processes and assist in making sure you’ve thought of everything possible.
Story Enhancer Cards: Fill in rich details of your ancestor’s life. You’ll be encouraged to think about your ancestor’s personality, their socio-economic status, their home life, etc.

Note: Two sets of cards are included. One set has white space around the cards to allow room to cut them out. The second set has no space between the cards and will print on Avery cards #5388. Each set is labeled at the top of the page accordingly.

Multiple orders may be shipped together if they are destined for the same address.

Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Currently, we do not support shipping internationally or to U.S. Territories.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

All orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday – Friday) unless we are experiencing a high volume of orders. You will be contacted via telephone or email in the case of significant shipping delays.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur, but we utilize Priority Mail from the USPS which strives to deliver within three business days.

We are not responsible for any packages that are shipped to the wrong address if the order was made to an incorrect address.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

If anything is wrong with your purchase (missing components, damaged product), please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the problem on a case-by-case basis.

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you receive it. Just email us at info@brickwallbustercards.com.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt with it.

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. You may use the carrier of your choice or we can provide a shipping label for you to print out (shipping costs will be deducted from any refund).

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it. We will notify you that it was received and of the status of the refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund minus a $2.00 restocking fee to your original form of payment. Depending on the form of payment used, it may take several days for the credit.
